Mr. Fogal taught me as a kid. I love the practical life lessons he teaches our two children; like what you should do if you are lost and if strangers approach you. Already my daughter is much more self-confidence. We've attended other schools and this is by far the best, a perfect balance of fun and discipline.
I'd like to say that Sensei Juan is a great teacher and friend, I have great respect and love for him and his family. I Like to say I couldn't have asked for a better teacher when I started. He helped me helping me find understanding and common ground with life's changes. Has a real passion for martial arts that can be seen and shared threw all his students. And I have had the privilege to train under him as his student. I learned a lot from him and still have so much to learn. I Recommend him for anyone interested in self defense or martial arts for any age.
Hands down, the best Martial Arts center around! If your are considering classes for your child I highly recommend you try this dojo! Sensei Juan has taught my daughter so many valuable lessons and I am so happy that she has such a positive role model in her life.
