Yes, you don’t need any experience to take Systema classes. There are no belt levels or uniforms in Systema. Each class is delivered like a mini-seminar. In fact, the reason that Systema was developed in the first place was to create a way for everyday village folk to be able to defend themselves without sacrificing too much time working out and training.
